Dice up your beef if you are using the beef roll. I recommend letting it come a bit to room temperature before attempting to dice and cook your meat.
Thoroughly clean your potatoes. Dice your potatoes as you would like. I dice mine.
Instructions for veggies:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
Line two baking sheets with foil or parchment paper. Just make sure the baking sheets are properly prepped so your food doesn’t stick to it.
Season your potatoes and peppers to your liking
Spread them evenly on your baking sheets
Safely place your baking sheets into the oven and let your veggies cook for 30-40 minutes
Safely remove your baking sheets from the oven once your veggies are thoroughly cooked and/or cooked to your liking
Lightlife Foods beef:
Your beef is ready to be prepped and cooked when you can make an indention in the package
Heat your frying or sauté pan to medium-high heat (remember this is not real meat so it does not require super high heat or very long cooking time)
Add a small amount of oil (about 1 tablespoon) to your pan
Add your meat
Allow your meat to cook for about 5-10 minutes, moving it around and browning the meat
Once the meat appears to be cooking, season it to your liking
Mix the seasonings into the meat and continue to cook for 5-7 minutes
Once the meat has been cooked to your liking, safely remove it from the pan
Assembling your scramble:
Add your desired amount of potatoes to a bowl or plate big enough for you you eat out of and also mix your food
Add your desired amount of beef
Add your desired amount of peppers and onions
(Optional) add sour cream, guacamole, and/or sriracha or sauces of your choice
Take a pic for the gram…then mix and enjoy!
